Anyone using Buildium?
I just pulled the trigger and bought Buildium.
My plan is to add a property a month this year and I can no longer manage it by paper.
These are the things I like about it. Does anyone have any other features they use?
1. Online application
2. Tennant screening
3. eLease
4. Online payments
5. Accounting
It does not have any reno project management. I have not been able to figure out how to do much with any updates to the property, Appliances, AC and so on.
