What should I do with my rental property?
My family and I are thinking of buying a property in San Diego. We currently rent. We have about 120K in equity in a rental condo also in San Diego. Is it better to keep renting? Is it better to use the equity from the condo for a down payment? Is it best to keep the condo until it is fully paid off? We're not certain how to tackle this.
