City of Rockville Lease Agreement - Can I use the DHCA's?

Good morning,

I have a question for people who are renting out single-family homes in the City of Rockville (in Maryland).  Are you using Montgomery County's Single Family Dwelling Lease form (by the DHCA)?  I spoke to someone from City of Rockville and they said I am allowed to do so, but I would like to have that reconfirmed since at the top of the form it specifically states "Not for Use [...] in City of Rockville".

Thank you,
