Taking photos of my rental property

Posted

Last time we listed the house we used Renters Warehouse.  They took some very crappy pictures and made the listing.

I am going to be relisting the house myself and need pictures... but I don't have the originals that they took and the ones online are low resolution (plus they have a Renters Warehouse logon on them).  I never though to take my own photos of the house for listings... just pictures of all the parts of the house to document the condition.

Is there any law or general guideline against taking pictures of my own property while the tenants stuff is still in it?

Thanks!
