Hey duplex investors! Looking for some solid lease verbiage to add to my leases for a duplex that covers; (i) care and maintenance of common/shared spaces; (ii) quiet enjoyment verbiage/other tenant courtesy; and (iii) sharing of driveway and garage space. Thanks in advance!
