Tenant Horror Stories

Just wanted to post a general question because recently had a conversation with a colleague who has been a landlord for 6 or so years and he was telling me about some of his tenant horror stories. Sometimes learning can only come from past experiences, and as a newbie who is considering becoming a landlord in the very near future, I'd love to hear more about how other LLs and rental property owners have dealt with some tough rental situations. In the words of C.S. Lewis, "Experience is a brutal teacher, but you learn. My God, do you learn." Again, would love to hear about some of your tenant horror stories (ex. tenant domestic disputes, tenants making threats because of a rent issue, etc).
