Homeless problem in Apartment complex

Hello fellow investors,

I am in process to buy and apartment complex that has homeless people problem. Homeless come in laundry room and sleep and sometime they sleep in common areas.

is this correctable problem and what will be your recommendation? I plant to put a magnetic key lock on laundry room.
