Do you need to tell the bank with the loan about transfer to LLC

Hello,

Do you need to tell the bank that will lend you the money for the loan that you will later on transfer the rental property under an LLC so they will not maybe do a due on clause on the property and also should have them put that in writting or they wont care if I put it under an LLC. The property is a duplex.
