Hey Guys, should be closing on my first property early March. Anyone have experience with Studios in downtown Saint Paul? It is roughly 500 square feet. Pretty updated, good appliances, amazing location. I've read multiple places the average rent in that area with the square footage is around $1,200-1,300. Anyone know if that is on the right path or had any experience renting in that area? Thanks!
