Software/spreadsheet for tracking properties

What is everyone using to track their rental expenses, income, etc?  I have 2 duplexes and am getting everything ready for tax season.  I found an excel spreadsheet on the interwebs that I thought would work ok, but it's not working out so well.  I think I would only need something for tax tracking purposes since I have a PM.

Thanks!

I tried Stessa and didn't care for it. I have multiple LLC's and it didn't break down the numbers I wanted at year end.

I am now using a spreadsheet I found on BP. It seems to be working well and simple to use. Not sure how to post the spread sheet here.  If you want it PM me and I'll send it to you.
