Finding a Savvy CPA familiar with Real Estate Investing

I purchased my first two rentals this past 2018. Working on my third one. How did you go about finding a savvy CPA familiar with Real Estate on that year when you went from a W2 earner to a W2 + investor?

Rental income is a simple Schedule E

Any CPA will do.

Its not rocket science.
