Letter to notify tenant of shower rehab
Does anyone have suggestions on what a letter to an existing tenant should contain when notifying them of a necessary bathroom shower remodel?
Existing shower is leaking water downstairs. Plumbers and GC agree that it’s likely the shower walls. Existing bathroom has a tub on other side that can be converted to a shower stall by adding a pipe behind wall and a shower head. That would allow for the old shower to be retired and left in place (no demo cost). Should be a quick job but we want to properly notify the current tenants.
Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated!

Call and explain what's going on (don't just send this as a letter), and tell them they are going to get a notice but that's just sent to comply with the law. Then issue a notice that matches whatever your local law is as far as giving notice that you or your staff will be entering to make repairs on such date. IE:
