Looking for quality PM in Racine WI- Tough job thus far

I'm a long distance investor and my partner and I have been in the Racine market for about a year. We have a PM, but the market for PM's in this area seem to be less than desirable. Has anyone had any luck with a quality PM that they would recommend. As everyone knows that part of the Core 4 and we just seem to be lacking in that area. Would love to get some feedback. I'm all ears!
