San Antonio Eviction

Hi everyone,

I am looking into getting some insight from folks that have been through an eviction in SA. Unfortunately, I am going through one now with a rental that is managed by a local property management company. At this stage, the tenant filed an appeal after the initial court hearing which my property manager said was ruled in our favor. Has anyone been through this? I am looking into learning about and preparing for potential worse case scenarios. I tried to see if there was a way to negotiate out of this, cash for keys, etc, but it has not worked out. Does any one have any advice to deal with this/ any insight into potential scenarios that may come from the court date? I am trying to anticipate potential scenarios to try and mitigate this issue and prepare appropriately.

Thank you.
