Hey all - getting into the whole scene (haven't bought a rental property), but in doing my research and reading it looks like I'll save myself a pile of headaches by getting property management co. instead of trying to muddle through myself.

Any recs for a) finding/vetting a good one or b) know a good in Wilmington, DE you'd recommend? Please and thank you!
