anyone do rental lease writeups? im new to the RE rental market and just purchased my first rental property. i am using mysmartmove.com to screen renters and its working out great.
similar sites online? im in massachusetts.

We've got sample leases on the BiggerPockets FilePlace and there are many fantastic articles on the BiggerPockets Blog that cover important clauses and features to include in your lease as well. That said, there are several sites where you can pay for a lease as Shanequa said. Ultimately, though, you want a real estate attorney who is familiar with your state's landlord/tenant laws to review any lease you end up using.
