Diminished use of rental
Had a sewer pipe break on outside of single fam home, required tenant to move out for three days. Could not use water, no toilets, kitchen and bedrooms and rest of house fine to use.
Question is what are the landlords responsible for. Should landlord pay for hotel etc. or just prorated rent for non use of home.
