Rent discount for pre-payment

I've been talking to potential tenants to rent a condo, and one person asked if I would accept a discount if he paid ahead for 3 or 6 months of rent. Has anyone been asked about this and how best to respond? There are other potential tenants, but this idea intrigued me. Any thoughts?
