Potential co-applicant has no credit score

Well, this is new to me. The applicant for my duplex has income and a credit score that looks fine. His fiancé co-applicant? She has nothing. No credit at all! When she told me that I couldn't believe it. Verified. No loans, no credit cards, ever. And the obligatory no evictions and no felonies. Their income looks good as well (3.7x), and a very good review from current landlord.  I guess I'll waive the 600 credit score requirement for her. Just thought this was odd in todays day and age.
