General Contractor and roofer needed in Martinsville

Hello BP Members,

Looking for a General Contractor and a roofer for a commercial property in Martinsville. Property is already under contract.  Scope of work is available on request . Will like to get a few quotes . Contractor will be paid from escrow funds as seller does not have liquid funds to do repairs at the moment.
