Analysis: Ballpark assumed cost for utilities

Hey BP members! I'm new to LA and looking to invest in my first 4 unit apartment building, where I'd live in one of the units. I'm just getting started analyzing deals and I'm having trouble figuring out how much to assume for costs, since I have never done this before. Can anyone provide some guidance on numbers that have worked for them or where I can find these numbers (trash, water, gas, sewer, insurance)?
