Grandview MO townhome check and broker needed

Hi BPers,

I’m an OOS buyer and checking out these townhomes address 14108-14112 merrywood Cir. Grandview MO 64030.

It seems like quite a few of these 2brs for sale priced around 50k. And could be rent out for 800?

Can anyone lighten me up with some local knowledge and are these townhouses worth Buy and Hold? Are they easy to rent out in the area? Do they have HOA causing fuss so that many rental investment are pulling out? Under bad PM?

Is there any Broker or Realtor would like to work with me for some rental properties in KC, MO?
