I need to find a property management company to manage my 3 rental properties all SFH in Parma Ohio. Had problems with the one I had.

I was told by this bank in Cleveland that they couldn't verify the identity of my LLC and closed my account under PATRIOT act.
They would not open it without verifying it at the first place. I thought. 
Could anyone give me some help on this?

There are lenders offering brutal rate which don’t make sense to me. I am wondering why there aren’t any response from someone local?

In Ohio? Tough! I assume you don’t have credit history in US. And banks do work with foreign investors don’t lend in that part of town. I tried...

Hard to get a loan, I just bought with cash. I am getting my ITIN next year when I file my taxes.

Wait, I think 3-4 banks do offer loans to foreign investors, HSBC EastWest...

I am an out of state investor recently purchased 2 SFH in Parma. Will be visiting Cleveland 5th-10th next month. But staying at Westlake though.

My first objective is to find someone to fix up both properties and get them rent ready. I got them through auction website. Quite some work expected.

Second is to change a PM company coz I am not really happy with my current one. Help!

I learned a lot from all you guys and appreciate it very much!

I’m an Overseas investor started with rental property and now looking for a construction project going along with my EB5 application. Just Google it, it’s about a migration scheme for investor who’s willing to invest $500k and creat 10 jobs.

The area I’m interested in are:

Atlanta North

Dallas-Fort Worth 

Cleveland 

I have about $2mil to invest with and I need a partner for the project too! Someone experienced in the construction business. Any help is appreciated!
