Redoing front porch in Baltimore

Hi Baltimore folks,

I recently purchased a rental in 21216 that needs to have the front steps repaired (concrete) and the wooden steps leading up to the house replaced. There was a citation on it when I purchased for the paint pealing and the unstable stairs.

Anyone have a recommendation on someone who can do this work affordably?
