Security deposit rate for a house hack
How do you go about determining the security deposit when renting individual rooms on a house hack? I have 4/2.5 and am renting out 2 of the 4 until I move on to the next house hack. What's a good rule of thumb for establishing a security deposit rate under these circumstances?
