$1600 RENT IN DELAND, FLORIDA

Hello,  I'm a new investor and any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Having a hard time estimating rents in Volusia County. There is not enough comparable homes to help me make an educated decision. Will an updated 1700 SQFT 3/2 single family home rent for $1600 in Deland fl 32724?
