Prop Management Software w/ ePay (Merchant Acct) for individual

Hi Everyone -

I am looking for a property management software with e*Pay (Merchant Account) that we can set up in an individual's name (a sole proprietor) vs. needing to set up company. (LLC / Partnership).

Can anyone recommend a good system for this?

I have been using Buildium for my business (LLC) RE investments, but they do not allow individuals to set up e*pay. I called them to discuss and their reasoning didn't really make much sense. They also don't have any control of this qualifying parameter, as they use an outside merchant account company that set these rules for them. (All Merchant accounts must be in a business name)

My fiance is starting to buy some properties in her individual name, hence the need for this. We want our the tenants to be able to pay online (have an app perhaps) and for the money to hit her individual checking account.

Not looking for just a simple bill-pay software. Ideally, we also want it to be part of a full-fledged property management system, where the payments get posted into a General Ledger for that property, be able to do some financial reporting / analysis there, prepare financials for the CPA, send out lease agreements through it, list the properties directly to Trulia / Redfin, do background checks for prospective tenants, etc.

We are in Boston.

Any help / advice / recommendations would be really appreciated!

Thanks-

Andrei
