Hard wood flooring or carpet for rentals
Hello BP,
Quick question hoping for some help. I have a house about to be cleaned up and quick rehabbed for the next tenants. It’s been 4-5 years on the carpet and a dog had it’s way in one room anyway. Found some cheaper carpet at a wholsale carpet location but I have a relationship to get cheap hardwood and can install myself.
The question is;
Does having hardwood in the bedrooms cause any issues getting or keeping tenants The GR wood flooring could be easier to clean and keep than carpet replacement every few years. There Is already hardwood In the living room and kItchen.
Thanks

Replace with tile… It will last the longest. The only way it goes bad is if somebody drops a bowling ball on
