Tenants terminated lease early. What can I charge?

Hi,

tenants terminated their lease early, and told me a month and half in advance of their move out date. 

Sadly,  the early termination clause in our lease agreement only obligated them to pay until a new tenant is found. So, we found a new tenant, but I am out of state landlord who needs to take off from work, and come down to the area and do move out and move in work. Can i charge tenants my travel cost, accommodations,  etc,?
