Non-Resident Member of a Partnership

Hi all, 

My partners and I are closing on our first property. They both live in NJ, and I live in CT. We just registered a partnership (based in NJ) and filed for NJ taxes. 

Does anyone have experience as a non-resident partner? I'm not sure if there are other forms I need to file or things I need to consider for tax purposes.
