unlicensed/uninsured handyman liability working on my rental prop
I have a 4 plex in Leucadia, CA and I've been using unlicensed guys to do handyman type work and yard work for years. Recently had a guy fall off a ladder while painting and am now stuck in a work comp lawsuit- what a nightmare. Wondering if you have found a good landlord policy that would cover me on this kind of thing in the future? All ideas are welcome. Thanks.
