Nightly AirBNB rentals

I’m graduating college in the upcoming months and am currently working all the over time I can at the hospital to invest in RE.

I will be working as a night shift Registered Nurse and was wondering if people have done nightly rentals on AirBNB. The idea would be to buy a single family house with a FHA and live in one room and have tenants living often in it through AirBNB exposure.

What’s that process look like for those of you that use Air BNB for rentals? Any night shift out there or that you know of that rent to tenants since our hours of work will be complete opposite.
