First time eviction ?
So I am in GA, and my tenant is 3 months behind on rent and our eviction court date is Monday. They send me an email today, the Saturday before and ask if I wanted them to pay the last three months or still move out? Obviously I want both but if I don’t respond to the tenant am I putting myself in any disadvantage when we go to court?
