Need advice - SFH with 3 roommate applicants.
Hi All,
SFH being shown by an agent. 3 chick friends are applying together. I haven't been in this situation before. I of course would background check all 3 and all 3 have to meet that criteria, but when I have a minimum income requirement that the applicant make 3 times the monthly rent. This isn't a parent w/ children or married couple plus one. It's 3 separate people. So my gut instinct is that all 3 must separately meet the income requirement. What would you do? Would you do one or 3 leases? Or would you even entertain 3 non-related people in a 3 bedroom house?
