Non-cash flowing SFH

-FIRST POST VIRGIN (Please forgive any amateurish behavior)

We have been relocated due to work... and long story short, we're considering doing a cash-out refi and renting out our primary single family 5br/3ba home.  The only problem I'm seeing is that it's going to negative cashflow unless I push rent higher than normal in that area. Even then, the cashflow would be minimal.

My question is, has anyone ran into something similar and how did you handle it? Did you sell? Or continue to rent anyways and have tenant pay majority of mortgage? Thanks in advance!

@Alexander Ly

Not every house makes a good rental - sell it now while prices are high
