Short Term Vacation Rental in Memphis TN

Hello All-

I am looking to buy another short term vacation rental property and have my eye on the Nashville and Memphis TN urban Markets.  Is there anyone out there that have properties in either city that I could discuss the pros/cons with- such as taxes, permits, downtown locations, etc.   Thanks in Advance!
