SureDeposit Pros and Cons?

I'm new to BiggerPockets.com but this looks like a great resource and a great community for real estate investing.  We aren't new to flips but we are purchasing our first three townhomes that we plan to rent.  I was told recently about a service called SureDeposit that I've done some research on but would really like to hear feedback from others in this community that may have experience with SureDeposit or other bond services.  I will be reaching out to SureDeposit tomorrow for more information so I'm not sure if they have minimum unit requirements or not.  Any other feedback or advice on security deposits, etc. are greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
