Return on Investment wrt Landscaping
After a 13 yr tenant moved, I renovated my 4bd/3bth rental in Livermore, CA. I am now considering whether I should the finish the vision I have started for the exterior landscaping or rent it out now. If done, it will: improve the curb appeal , lower maintenance, create more privacy, and add rv parking. My guess is the answer boils down to: how much $ to do it, how long will it take to finish, how much rent will lost (if any), how much can I increase the rent with these improvements!
