Tenant won't respond

Hi Guys, first post since reactivating my account.

I have a tenant that has become pretty much unresponsive. They pay the rent every month on time and have not been an issue at all in the 1st 6 months. However, they contacted me about two issues back in October and we resolved the 1st one right away. I kept emailing about the 2nd issue and received no response. Finally, I called him and he said he was on travel and I told him I could get someone out there or stop over in Dec when I would be back in town. He said it was very minor and to stop over in Dec.

Fast forward to now, I am only home for another few days before I go back over seas and he hasn't responded to 3 emails...Nothing. This makes me pretty concerned but he is on time with his rent.

I'm not sure what to think as to why he isn't responding other then he doesn't want me in the house but I would like to politely let him know this is not acceptable. Any recommendations?
