Month to month lease

To end or change a month-to-month agreement, how much written notice should a landlord give prior to terminating/changing the lease? I am in Missouri if that matters.

Thanks

I only do month-to-month leases with people. A reason to behind that is I can give them a 15 day notice for them to leave if they’re on a month-to-month. It is much more easier to get rid of somebody with a month-to-month lease. If you take care of your property treat people fairly and they are reasonable they won’t be leaving
