High end house hacking ideas?

I know a lot of you have done the multi unit house hack and I’m just wondering what your next step was?

I am wanting to house hack again if I can but I’d prefer a two unit condo or something like that which is more owner friendly in regards to owner-tenant interaction. And more favorable to start a family. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
