Turnkey Advice Needed

Account Closed
Posted

I recently purchased a property through a turnkey/property management company. This particular property was renovated through the turnkey company and sold to a client 4 years ago.

Before purchasing, I asked if the existing property management company would continue to manage the property and they said yes.

6 days after I closed, I was told that they’d decided not to manage my property and I only found this out after I asked about prospective tenants.

On top of that, the house needs repairs beyond what I initially thought.

Has this happened to anyone? What did you do?
