Hey Bigger Pockets network, 

I am an investor / landlord in Central Texas and have noticed my biggest challenge is finding and coordinating quality vendors for jobs at my properties. It is definitely impacting my tenant satisfaction. Is anyone else having constant issues dealing with / finding vendors ? 

 I am a serial entrepreneur and I am considering building a tech / maintenance company to serve as a "one-stop shop" solution for property managers and self-managers like me. 

Anyone else having these types of issues? Would people want this service ? Would love to hear what other think / how they are currently solving these issues.
