Out of state eviction

Hey BP,

I’m a out of state Real Estate landlord and I have my father manage my property. My father is away from the next month for vacation and my tenant is not paying.

Has anyone ever used and eviction attorney before? Is there another way to go through an eviction out of state?

PS- Anyone know a good eviction lawyer in the Atlanta GA area?
