Advice for a young entrepreneur

Simply put, just looking for some advice or critiquing on investment strategies for buy and hold investors. Some things about me - • I’m 24 y/old soon to be 25 • Currently own 1 multi-unit rental property- closing on my second one early next week • Work full time while also serving in the military part time make roughly 50k/y not including income from RE • I read pretty frequently. A lot of self-educational books • Very aggressive saver(some 70-75% of my income maybe more at times) • Zero debt aside from mortgages • Investment strategy- 1. Buy and hold on multis(typically doubles) 2. Use capital to create as much income as possible through RE while obviously maintaining the adequate reserves(20-30k) • Goal is to achieve financial independence and retire early from RE I’m hoping to eventually scale up and get involved in bigger deals. Looking to hear/learn about investment strategies from other investors (eg. paying down mortgages or just letting tenants pay it off and keep saving for more investing) Always hoping to expand my knowledge. Also if anyone has any book suggestions I’d greatly appreciate it
