How to get tenants belongs out of common areas in MA?

I have a tenant that is using the basement of a three family as a storage area. I have written a nice letter requesting them to remove their belongs from the basement within 24 hours. The tenant has choose to ignore the letter from a few days ago.

The home is in MA and I know the state is pro tenant. Am I legally allowed to remove their belonging and put them in a storage unit? I don't care if they renew or not due to other issues.

What would you do in this situation.
