Gutter Cleaning Huntsville

Does anyone have any suggestions for someone to clean the gutters at our rental property in North Huntsville?  It's a one-story 1400 sq. ft. home and we keep getting quotes that are about $250 - which seems high since we paid less than that for our primary residence in Pittsburgh that was 2 stories high and on a hill so the back was like 4 stories high.  It was death-defying!  haha!  Just wondering if anyone has a handyman that they trust that is less than that or if that's the going rate in that area.  Thank you!
