Owner occ 4plex insurance

I'm having a problem finding insurance for my newly acquired 4 Plex and sfh rental. I will be occupying one unit of the four plex but will be doing a quit claim over to my LLC for tax and protection purposes. My Nationwide agent thinks that if I title the houses (and truck/trailer) through the LLC, I will have to have a commercial coverage account, State farm has a similar problem. Unfortunately the cost difference between the personal and commercial products are substantial.

Does anyone have a recommendation on an agent in the Des Moines area, or a specific company they have had luck with in this matter?
