How do i purchase a second property?

I"m preparing to purchase my first rental property (duplex) and will probably use an RHA loan to pay for this property. My question is, how do i then purchase another rental property, wont the bank be hesitant to give me another loan to purchase the property? What are some strategies or advice you can give me?
