What’s my plan of action

New member here.  Hello!  Been researching for quite a while and ready to start.  I have inherited approx. $200k in stocks for kids college funds.  I have a 15 year old and a 9 year old.  I’d rather invest the money in real estate.  So the question is how many units do you think I need to set as a goal?  I also need to have some money ready in 4 years for daughters college.  The area we’re looking into houses range from $35k to $100k for potential property.  Thanks in advance for any advice!  Steve
